Cenomi Centers is introducing paid parking at The View mall in Riyadh from 4 December 2024. The paid parking scheme in partnership with Makan is in place to ensure available parking spaces are made available only for customers and retail staff of The View and to ensure a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.
Paid Parking is designed to enhance the parking experience for both visitors and staff, by ensuring car parks are made available only to customers and retail staff of The View. A large number of car parks were being used by non-customers and this will only increase with large areas of street parking being converted to paid parking to make way for the arrival of the metro system.
Through increasing the availability of parking, this will reduce the time it takes to find a vacant space. There will be an on-site parking team to help with traffic flow and assist drivers where necessary.
Visitors will receive a ticket upon entering the car park, with cameras at the entrance and exit points capturing license plates to track each vehicle's length of stay.
Customers can enjoy the first two hours of parking for free. Below are the parking rates.

Visitors will be able to pay via mobile payment by scanning the QR code on the parking ticket, at automated pay machines located at each gate and entrance hall, or via contactless payment at the exits.
No, currently you are unable to validate your ticket however the first two hours are free parking.
There is a dedicated parking area for retail staff on P6 of the multi-storey car park. Retail staff will benefit from subsidized annual rates of SAR 2,400 (compared to SAR 4,800 for non-staff).
There is a one-month free parking period commencing from 4 December 2024 until 4 January 2025. Please note that spaces will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
