Prior to joining Cenomi, Naji Fayad spent 25 years in the audit, finance, risk management and insurance sectors holding various positions such as Chief Audit Executive, Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Risk Officer. He also served two terms as a Board member and Audit Committee Chair of a Saudi Publicly listed company. His experience includes 10 years as the Audit Director at Deloitte and Touche in Montreal, Canada. He has been a board member of the International Internal Audit Standards Board (IIASB) at IIA-Global, USA since 2019. Educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Public Accountancy from McGill University - Montreal/Canada as well as a Bachelor (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut - Lebanon, along with various certifications including Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and other audit, governance, risk management and compliance certifications.
