With more than 30 years’ experience, Jabri Maali is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Cenomi Centers, where he has been a key member of the executive team since 2006. In his role, he oversees the company's financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides crucial information to senior management. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to manage the company's financial actions, such as financial planning, analyzing financial strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective measures, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Prior to Cenomi Centers, Jabri has held several senior financial roles across hospitality, tourism and manufacturing organizations across the region.

Turki Saleh Al Zahrani Individual Profile

Turki Al Zahrani began his tenure with the Company in 2009, assuming the Director of Human Resources role. He comes with an extensive background in human resources, with a wealth of experience in diverse roles. Notably, he served as the Director of Human Resources at Geant Saudi Limited, a limited liability company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia specializing in the trade sector. Additionally, he was appointed Head of Human Resources and Administration at Al Othaim Holding Company, a closed joint-stock company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with operations spanning the commercial, real estate, and industrial domains. Through his multifaceted career, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in steering human resources functions toward organizational excellence.

Khalid Aljanahi

Khalid AlJanahi - Chief Commercial Officer at Cenomi Centers, has more than 12 years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Financial advisory industries. 

He has been successfully leading and managing the leasing portfolio of 21 Cenomi Centers’ shopping malls spread across KSA including new upcoming projects Jawharat Riyadh and Jeddah projects. Prior to joining Cenomi Centers Company, he was working as Director of Leasing at SHUROOQ (Investment and Development Authority of Sharjah), and before that he was the Manager of Retail Leasing at MERAAS Dubai. Khalid has also worked as a Consultant in the Financial Advisory in Ernst & Young, Bahrain and Operations Manager in GAMI – USA company in Texas, USA.

Ghassan Mtier brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Chief Development & Delivery Officer. He has over 27 years of experience in real estate development and architectural design fields. 

Before joining Cenomi, he served as the Group Supply Chain Director from 2012 to 2015, where he successfully organized and optimized the supply chain process. He also led project delivery initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes under his leadership. He and his team have the responsibility for the development and construction of a portfolio of lifestyle and flagship shopping centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Bruno Wehbe Individual Profile

Bruno is the Chief Operating Officer of Flagship assets at Cenomi Centers and brings over 17 years of experience in senior leadership roles across different organizations.  In his current role, Bruno leads the development and execution of the Flagship assets and manages cross functional teams including Development, Construction, Asset Management and Leasing.

Prior to his current role, Bruno held the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Cenomi Group with previous roles in the region covering Portfolio and Asset Management for Cenomi Centers and Vice President MENA Real Estate Lead, Booz Allen Hamilton and Principal MENA Real Estate, Strategy&, Booz & Company.

He has skillfully managed transformative projects for top-tier companies in retail, real estate, hospitality, and tech sectors, including Tesco Plc, Wipro, Damac Properties, and Emaar Properties. His leadership facilitated the creation of innovative platforms and digital transformation strategies that have changed the face of business operations.

His proficiency in complex IT project execution, commitment to innovation, and guiding high-performance teams align with corporate goals, setting him apart in the field.

Sami has over 18 years’ experience in business transformation, management consulting, strategy, and operations across several sectors including Tech, Real Estate, and Retail.
Sami is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Cenomi Centers where he shapes the future direction and strategic growth pillars for the region’s largest shopping center developer, owners and operator – Cenomi Centers.
Prior to his current role, Sami was VP of Business Operations at Cenomi Group, and before that EMEA Head of Sales Growth and Analytics at Google.

Naji Fayad

Prior to joining Cenomi, Naji Fayad spent 25 years in the audit, finance, risk management and insurance sectors holding various positions such as Chief Audit Executive, Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Risk Officer. He also served two terms as a Board member and Audit Committee Chair of a Saudi Publicly listed company.
His experience includes 10 years as the Audit Director at Deloitte and Touche
in Montreal, Canada. He has been a board member of the International Internal
Audit Standards Board (IIASB) at IIA-Global, USA since 2019.
Educational background includes a Graduate Diploma of Public Accountancy from McGill University - Montreal/Canada as well as a Bachelor (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut - Lebanon, along with various certifications including Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and other audit, governance, risk management and compliance certifications.
